At T-Shirt Legend, every product is made to order through print-on-demand production. Because each item is custom produced when you place your order, our return policy is limited.
Please review this policy before completing your purchase.
Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by T-Shirt Legend are printed specifically for your order. Because of this custom production process:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Eligible Returns (30-Day Window)
If an item arrives with a problem caused during production or shipping, it may qualify for a replacement or refund.
Eligible issues include:
- Incorrect design received
- Incorrect size sent by the manufacturer
- Incorrect color sent by the manufacturer
- Printing defects
- Items that arrive damaged during shipping
Eligible claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Reporting an Issue
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within the 30-day return window.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement item or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned or lost, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
