At T-Shirt Legend, all products are made to order. Each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This process allows us to offer unique designs while maintaining quality production.

Please review the information below regarding our shipping and delivery process.


Order Processing Time

Because all products are made to order, production takes place before shipping.

Processing time typically takes 2–5 business days.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or large sales events, production may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using one of our shipping carriers.


Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times vary depending on location.

United States:
Typically 3–7 business days after production.

International Orders:
Shipping times vary by country and may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and local postal services.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guarantees.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we may not be able to recover the package.

If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.


Lost or Stolen Packages

T-Shirt Legend is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as missing.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first to open a claim.

If you need assistance, you may also contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.


Delayed Shipments

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing for international shipments

  • High seasonal demand

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, these delays are outside our control.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on the items ordered or production locations. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
